Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional and memorable customer experiences.
Recruit, onboard, and support the integration of new team members.
Manage daily team operations including rostering, performance reviews, and employee relations in conjunction with the Site Manager.
Ensure all food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest quality and safety standards.
Order and manage stock from multiple suppliers to meet operational needs.
Oversee office administration, including payroll, cash handling, paperwork, and adherence to company policies.
Assist in preparing and analysing profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost control reports, with a focus on food and labour costs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen, dining area, and general restaurant through daily and weekly routines.
Support and execute in-store marketing promotions and local campaigns.
Uphold all safety and security standards, ensuring team members are properly trained in Workplace Health & Safety protocols.
Foster a culture of accountability and service excellence, ensuring staff are fully trained and committed to outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
Previous restaurant management experience of minimum two years
Food Safety Trained
Passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, delegating and following up.
Ability to spot the champions in store to develop into Supervisors and Managers
Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues.
Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed, and neat appearance at all times.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels as required.
