Corrib Oil Group are hiring for a Zambrero Food Manager who holds exceptional customer service skills to join our team at our service station in Tralee Co. Kerry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional and memorable customer experiences.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support the integration of new team members.
  • Manage daily team operations including rostering, performance reviews, and employee relations in conjunction with the Site Manager.
  • Ensure all food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Order and manage stock from multiple suppliers to meet operational needs.
  • Oversee office administration, including payroll, cash handling, paperwork, and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in preparing and analysing profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost control reports, with a focus on food and labour costs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen, dining area, and general restaurant through daily and weekly routines.
  • Support and execute in-store marketing promotions and local campaigns.
  • Uphold all safety and security standards, ensuring team members are properly trained in Workplace Health & Safety protocols.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and service excellence, ensuring staff are fully trained and committed to outstanding customer service.

Requirements:
  • Previous restaurant management experience of minimum two years
  • Food Safety Trained 
  • Passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, delegating and following up.
  • Ability to spot the champions in store to develop into Supervisors and Managers
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues. 
  • Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed, and neat appearance at all times.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels as required.
