Corrib Oil Group are hiring for a Zambrero Manager who holds exceptional customer service skills to join our team at our service station in Castlebar, Co.Mayo

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training, developing, and driving your team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.
  • Hiring new team members and on-boarding them
  • ·Manage your team, including staff performance reviews, rostering staff, resolving any employee issues including grievances in conjunction with the Site Manager.
  • Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
  • Ordering of stock from various suppliers
  • Office administration duties such as paperwork, cash handling, payroll, rostering and reviewing policies.
  • Compiling, preparing, and maintaining profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost controls with regard to cost of goods and labour.
  • Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant
  • Executing marketing promotions
  • Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety.
  • To motivate and monitor staff so they are fully competent in their roles, placing an emphasis on the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • Previous Food Management experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Food Safety Trained 
  • Passionate about building a positive culture as the leader of the Zambrero team – focused on exceptional customer service, working together, delegating and following up.
  • Ability to spot the champions in store and guide them towards promotion 
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues. 
  • Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed, and neat appearance is essential to this management role.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels as required.
