Key Responsibilities

  • To prepare and serve our high quality food offering in an efficient and cost effective manner. 

  • To work the daily operations in the kitchen (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Chilled Products) as directed by the Fresh Food Manager.

  • To practice efficient stock management and portion control.

  • To maintain clean facilities and a clean work environment in accordance with HACCP legislation.

  • To prioritise customer care and service, ensuring promotion of the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme at every opportunity.

  • To ensure that the deli checks assigned to you are carried out in accordance with your training.

  • To be familiar and compliant with all Health and Safety Regulations and to report any breaches to store management.

  • To wear full uniform including safety shoes and name badge and to display a neat appearance at all times.

  • Deal with or report any instances of malpractice in the shop including theft, vandalism, abusive behaviour etc. whilst ensuring your own personal safety is priority at all times. 

  • To carry out any other duties relating to your role as requested by your manager/supervisor from time to time.
