About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Oil Office team in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary. As a member of Corrib Oil, you’ll be part of a trusted household brand with over 38 years of experience in the Retail and Oil Distribution sectors.
What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement: Provide friendly, positive customer service by phone to attract sales and build relationships.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and timely records for day-to-day operations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with managers, sales representatives, and drivers to dispatch deliveries efficiently and on time.
Order Processing: Manage oil orders and payments with precision.
Customer Queries: Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Adaptability: Handle ad hoc duties as required to support the team.
