The Depot Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations at the depot, ensuring that the highest level of customer service is delivered to every customer.
This role involves leading and motivating the depot team, upholding Corrib Oil’s standards for safety and security, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and profitable running of the site.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Uphold Corrib Oil’s high standards in customer service at all times.
Manage, support, and motivate the depot team to achieve targets and foster a positive work environment.
Drive growth in all oil sales through proactive customer engagement and sales initiatives.
Prepare, monitor, and reconcile all depot daily administration, including financial and operational records.
Record, monitor, and maintain safety standards, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate stock levels across all product lines within the depot.
Organise and deliver staff training to promote development and maintain high operational standards.
