Job description

Corrib Oil have an exciting opportunity to join our growing company, based in our Claremorris Oil Office, and are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator professional to join our Oil Office team.

Responsibilities:

  • To prioritize customer care.
  • Provide a friendly and positive customer service, to attract sales and ensure repeat business.
  • Ensure that the daily administration is maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Processing oil orders and payments.
  • General Customer Queries.

Key Requirements:

· Ability to communicate effectively with customers to achieve desired results

· Able to work with and as part of a team

· Proficient in Microsoft office systems (including CODAS)- desirable.

· Able to meet deadlines when required

· Available to work weekends and at other locations if required

· A Full Clean Drivers Licence
