Corrib Oil have an exciting opportunity to join the Oil Business and are now recruiting for a Rigid Driver in the Roscommon /Westmeath Region Region due to continued expansion.

Principal Duties:
Deliver Corrib Oil products and services daily as per scheduled requirements.

Maintain regular contact with depot so as they are aware of where you are in relation to your daily schedule.

As the face of Corrib Oil, you must always provide excellent customer service, including maintaining regular contact with the customer should you be late with, or unable to make a delivery.

To both retain and attract new business and pass on new leads to Sales/Operations Manager wherever possible.

Ensure that all Corrib Oil vehicles are in a clean and safe condition, reporting any defects to the Transport Manager as soon as they are noticed.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

HazChem Qualification Essential but training provided.

Must be customer friendly.

Must be in possession of a relevant HGV license for either Rigid or Artic Lorries.

Able to use own initiative in generating sales.

Must have good knowledge of the area of working and be able to pick up different routes quickly.

Applicants must possess:

C and C1 driving license.

Valid CPC Certificate.

Valid ADR Certificate (not essential training will be provided).

Valid Drivers Card (Digital Tachograph).
