Relief Chef (Full Time), Flexi, Midlands Area
Due to business expansion Corrib Oil are currently recruiting a full time Relief Chef to cover in our busy Delis in the Midlands area.
This is a full-time role with no late shifts, no split shifts and rotational weekends off.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Meals
- Strong presentation skills, ensuring that food is presented to a high standard
- Minimise waste and identify cost saving measures
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Experience of HACCP
- Ordering and stock control including stock takes.
- Carry out any other duties associated with the role and as assigned by management
Key requirements:
- Professional qualification in Cookery/Culinary Arts is a distinct advantage
- Experience within a Contract Catering or Deli environment is preferable
- Must be available to work flexible hours Monday to Sunday across various locations.
