Due to business expansion Corrib Oil are currently recruiting Chefs of all grades for our fast-paced kitchen in Castlebar.
This is a full-time role with no late shifts, no split shifts and rotational weekends off.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Meals
- Strong presentation skills, ensuring that food is presented to a high standard
- Minimise waste and identify cost saving measures
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Experience of HACCP
- Ordering and stock control including stock takes.
- Carry out any other duties associated with the role and as assigned by management
- Must be flexible to work across week
