Corrib Oil is in a rapid growth phase and is seeking to recruit an Administration and Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for administrating the existing and new customer B2B Fuel Card accounts whilst also engaging in a Customer Support role.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to excel. The successful candidate will be a confident people person who can fit into Corrib Oil seamlessly and adopt a hands-on approach to their role. The role will be based in Corrib Oil’s Fuel Card office located in Togher, Cork. This role reports directly to the Fuel Card Sales Manager/Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities: 

As Corrib Oil expands, the responsibilities may evolve and change over time, but the core responsibilities will centre around the following areas:

  • Setting up new Fuel Card Accounts.
  • Issuing New and Replacement Fuel Cards.
  • Setting Fuel Card Prices
  • Sending weekly customer price texts and emails to Corrib Oil Fuel Card customers.
  • Monitor Usage limits to Corrib Oil standards and credit control policy.
  • Issuing Fuel Card Invoices.
  • Managing Fuel Card Customers Online Portal.
  • Monitoring Corrib Oil Fuel Card Payment Terminals
  • Working with Manager to monitor and set Payment terminal and Depot pricing.
  • Month End Fuel Card Sales Reports
  • Processing Fuel Card Credit Notes for Retail Sites.
  • Input Diesel Rebate Scheme to Revenue.
  • General Customer Queries in relation to their Fuel Cards and Accounts
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

 

Additional Key Skills & Attributes: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Administration and Customer Support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & Outlook.
  • Experience in Codas or a similar data entry IT accounts product.
  • Excellent Customer Service is essential.
  • A dynamic individual who adapts well to change and can thrive in a rapidly growing organisation that continues to evolve.
  • Proven track record of delivering to tight deadlines.
  • A highly organised individual with ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively for maximum impact and adapt around changing priorities as required.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a focus on delivering value to the business.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to engage and develop relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation internally and externally.
  • Be a self-starter, and also be able to work collaboratively as a member of a highly interdependent team across many parts of Corrib Oil.
  • Has sound judgement and objective logical decision-making skills.
